Body and Soul requires a MINIMUM of 48 hours notice to change, move or cancel your appointment, so that we have enough time to contact clients on our waiting list.

Should you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the value of your treatment before we can make any other future bookings.

Should you not show up for your appointment you will be asked to pay for the missed appointment in full before any future bookings can be made.

If you are paying for your treatment with a gift voucher and fail to give us the stated notice we will deduct the cancellation payment from your voucher. If you fail to show up when using a gift voucher, the voucher will become void and we will not accept it.
