Cancellation Policy

At Body and Soul, we understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled. In order to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes, rescheduling, or cancellations. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment to clients on our waiting list.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment value.
  • This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
  • Repeated late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Missed Appointments / No Shows

  • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any prior notice (“no shows”) will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
  • Full payment for the missed appointment must be made before any future bookings can be arranged.
  • We reserve the right to refuse future bookings where repeated missed appointments occur.

Gift Voucher Bookings

  • If you are paying for your treatment using a gift voucher and provide less than 48 hours’ notice, the applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the voucher balance.
  • In the event of a no-show, the full value of the voucher will be redeemed, and the voucher will become void.
  • Expired, redeemed, or voided vouchers cannot be reinstated or exchanged for cash.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving late for their appointment may have their treatment time reduced to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
  • Full treatment charges will still apply.
  • If arrival is excessively late, the appointment may need to be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation or no show.

Deposits & Prepayments

  • Certain treatments or bookings may require a deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or missed appointments.

Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be sent via text message, email, or phone call. However, it remains the client’s responsibility to remember and attend their scheduled appointment.

Agreement to Policy

By booking an appointment with Body and Soul, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
